Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish native singer. Her birth date was 25 December 1954 in Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was a flute, piano and harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for three years in the 1970s. Her budget was supplemented by a stipend to students and part-time jobs. Lennox believed that her abilities were inferior to those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other paths she could take. Lennox was a flute player with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. But she quit when the band was featured on I.T.V.s talent show New Faces. Between 1977 and the year 1980 she was vocalist for The Tourists. A British pop group. In this band, she met Dave Stewart who would later form Eurythmics. Lennox then went on to record her solo debut album Diva. This came out in 1992. It became a huge success both commercially and critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs Six solo album that was released in October 2014 was Nostalgia Lennox. This C.D. Lennox chose her favorite blues and soul from childhood. Lepidoptera contains four improvised keyboard tracks. The E.P. The album is a companion of her "Now I let the door open... artwork that was exhibited at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. This is also her first independent album. Annie Lennox, born on December 25, 1954 in Scotland is a philanthropist and political activist. She also sings. At the end of the 70s, she achieved minor fame as part of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox started her solo career in 1992, with the release of Diva with several hit songs such as Why and the song Walking On Broken Glass. Medusa the album from 1995 studio has cover versions of No MoreI Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. The six solo studio albums and the compilation album include a number of tracks.
