Dakota Blue Richards was born in England. She's an English actress. She's played Lyra Belaqua in the film 'The Golden Compass', as well as Franky Fitzgerald in the British teenager drama Skins. She has also been extensively engaged on stage and has performed in productions of plays like "Arcadia" as well as 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. An London resident, Richards grew up in Sussex.
