Allison Williams
Allison Howell Williams, born April 13 in the US, is an actress and producer. Because of her role in horror films Williams has been described as to be a horror queen in media. Her first role was as Marnie in HBO's comedy-drama Girls (2012-17) and for which she was awarded an Critics' Choice Award. In 2017, she received nominations at both the MTV Movie Awards as well as the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The role she played in Get Out, starring Rose Armitage made her an international star. The actress then appeared in two more horror films The Perfection (2018) and M3GAN (2022) The latter of which she executive produced. Williams was raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, her parents were former NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. She also has a brother. Williams studied at Greenwich Academy and New Canaan Country School. Williams attended Yale University, majoring in English. She also was an active member in the St. Elmo and Morse College secret societies. Williams was employed by an Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in New Canaan. Additionally, she was a member for four years of the Just Add Water Improv group and appeared on the YouTube show College Musical. Sam Tsui starred in the film, while Kurt Hugo Schneider was its director. They both attended Yale. She received a Bachelor's degree in English from Yale in 2010.
